Dr. Luis Grau, MD
Dr. Grau was born in Havana, Cuba, and grew up in Miami, Florida. He followed in his father's footsteps who is also an Orthopedic Surgeon. Following medical school, Dr. Grau was selected to complete his residency at the University of Miami Department of Orthopaedics, one of the busiest and most well-recognized residency programs in the country. While in residency he had extensive level training in orthopedic trauma, total joint replacement, arthroscopy, sports medicine and participated in the orthopedic care of the Miami Marlins and the University of Miami Athletics.
Dr Luis C. Grau is a board certified, fellowship trained Orthopaedic surgeon who specializes in the non-operative and operative treatment of Orthopaedic conditions of the Hip, Shoulder and Knee. Dr Grau serves in the capacity of Medical Director and Chief of Adult Joint Reconstruction and has been voted as a Top Doctor and Rising Star in the New York metropolitan area by Castle Connolly. He is also the Director of Robotic Joint Replacement at Hudson Regional Hospital. Dr Grau’s clinical interests include minimally invasive surgical techniques which help promote a more rapid recovery. He has advanced training in arthroscopy, direct anterior hip replacement, quad-sparing partial and total knee replacement and is an expert in robotic arm assisted and computer navigated partial and total joint replacement. “

Dr. Choxi, MD, received his medical degree from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine in Nashville, TN. He completed his residency training in Anesthesiology at Jackson Memorial Hospital/University of Miami Miller School of Medicine in Miami, FL. Additionally, Dr. Choxi completed a fellowship in Interventional Pain Management at New York University (NYU)—Langone Health Systems in New York, NY.

Dr. Choxi specializes in the treatment of both acute and chronic pain with special interests in the treatment of spine and joint pain. He is trained in many different treatment modalities, including minimally invasive procedures to reduce and cure pain symptoms. Dr. Choxi focuses on interventional procedures in order to restore his patient’s function and mobility quickly—and to help his patients avoid prescription pain medications.

In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Choxi also has a strong clinical research background. He has authored and published numerous research articles in the fields of pain management, anesthesiology, neurosurgery, and orthopedic surgery. Dr. Choxi continues to pursue research projects to advance the field of pain management. Dr. Hamzavi is a New York trained Orthopaedic Surgeon. After graduating from Mount Sinai Orthopaedic Surgery Residency Program, he completed a Sports Medicine Fellowship at the University of South Florida in Tampa, FL. He specializes in Knee, Shoulder, and Hip conditions but also treats a variety of other musculoskeletal pathology including the Elbow, Wrist/Hand, and Foot/Ankle.

Dr. Stefan Prada graduated Magna Cum Laude from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with his Bachelor's Degree in Biology. He went on to receive his Doctorate of Medicine from Albany Medical College in Albany, New York. After completing his surgical internship at Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, he began his orthopedic residency at the University of Arkansas in Little Rock. He then served in the U.S. Navy as a physician.
After 9 years of dedicated service he relocated to Florida in 2007 and joined Laser Spine Institute. His many achievements include numerous research publications, Decoration of the Joint Meritorious Unit Award from the United States Naval Forces, among many other Military's Decorations, and First Prize for the Outstanding Research Project from the 14th Annual Arkansas Orthopedic Forum.

Dr. Gerald Mastaw, MD
Dr. Gerald (Jerry) Mastaw, is an interventional pain management physician. He graduated with honors from the University of Michigan Medical School in 2000. He continued his training in Michigan and finished his residency in anesthesia in 2004. After residency he started a 5-year career in the US Navy. His first duty station was at Cherry Point Marine Corps Air Station. While at Cherry Point he received orders to deploy to Iraq with Combat Logistics Regiment 25 out of Camp Lejeune. He was in Iraq for 9 months from 2006 to 2007 where he worked as an anesthesiologist in a Surgical Shock Trauma Platoon at Al Taqqdum. After Iraq he was stationed at Naval Hospital Rota Spain where he was the Department Head of Anesthesia. After his Navy career he went back to the University of Michigan where he finished a one-year fellowship in interventional pain management. He continues to practice pain management and regenerative medicine.

Dr. Rafael A. Codinach was born in Havana, Cuba and came to Miami FL. in 1962 at the age of 8 months with his parents and sister. He went to Miami Dade Community College for his undergraduate where he earned his A.A. degree and then to the University of South Alabama to continue his studies. He finished his B.A. in business at Life University. In 1996 he started chiropractic school at Sherman College of Chiropractic where he earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree. In his free time, he loves to spend time with family.
Dr. Codinach has 20 years of experience in chiropractic and personal injury. He also has also maintained a private family practice since 2001.
Dr. Codinach's favorite sport is baseball, he played in high school winning the state championship in 1978. In 1981 he played for Miami Dade Community College where they won the National Junior College World Series and named to the All-tournament team. After Miami Dade, he went to the University of South Alabama in Mobile AL. where he also played and being named All-Conference Team in 82 and 83. In 1983 Dr. Codinach was signed to a professional baseball contract with the Minnesota Twins minor league system where he played for 2 years. Dr. Codinach is also a Black Belt in Brazilian Jiujitsu where he has been training for 15 years and still going.
Dr. Codinach lives in Miami FL. with his wife, 3 dogs, a turtle, and 12 Koi fish in a pond. He has 4 children 3 girls and a boy that are now all adults.

Dr. Seufert is originally from New York. He went to college at the University of South Florida for his undergraduate school. Dr. Felipe Contro was born in São Paulo, Brazil, and moved to Florida in 1996. He earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree and his Bachelor’s of Science in Human Biology at Logan College of Chiropractic in 2011. While in the outpatient clinic, Dr. Felipe Contro took the initiative to volunteer to treat athletes at the University of Missouri and at St. Patrick’s Rehabilitation Center. He earned his postgraduate certification as an Internal Health Specialist through the Loomis Institute and his Fascial Movement Taping (FMT I & FMT II) Certifications through Rocktape.
Today, Dr. Felipe Contro practices in Hollywood, FL, and his main Chiropractic techniques are Diversified, Activator, and Thompson which gives him a variety of ways to treat patients depending on their condition. Dr. Finley worked as a secretary for Morgan Stanley in NYC prior to becoming a doctor. In 2022, she became affiliated with Cor Medical Centers of Hollywood.
Dr. Finley currently has 21 years of experience in water fasting supervision and diet and lifestyle counseling to help patients reach their optimum health. Dr. Binyamin Sussman is a Life University (Marietta, Georgia) Alumnus who was born and raised in North Miami Beach. After graduating he returned to his family chiropractor, completing his internship while he earned board certified status and his license in the summer of 2015.
He is passionate to educate his community about the health benefits associated with chiropractic care, overcoming acquired deafness, neck, and back injuries himself from mountain bike and car accidents. Dr Lopez received his undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania in '92 where he majored in Biology. While at Penn he was a 4 year starter for their lacrosse team and earned 3rd team All-Ivy honors.
He then attended National College of Chiropractic from '95-98 in Lombard, Ill. Where he received his second Bachelor degree in Human Biology, as well as his Doctorate in Chiropractic.
Upon graduation from NCC he moved to Florida where he began his chiropractic career and continues to practice chiropractic, much of it involving personal injury. He joined Cor in December of 2021 where he works as a Regional Manager and uses his 25 years of experience in Chiropractic and Personal Injury cases.

Dr. Andrew Joshua Appel is an orthopedic surgeon certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery. He specializes in the treatment of neck, back, and spine injuries and disease. Dr. Binyamin Sussman is a Life University (Marietta, Georgia) Alumnus who was born and raised in North Miami Beach. After graduating he returned to his family chiropractor, completing his internship while he earned board certified status and his license in the summer of 2015.
He is passionate to educate his community about the health benefits associated with chiropractic care, overcoming acquired deafness, neck, and back injuries himself from mountain bike and car accidents. He has been serving his community ever since and takes pride in treating those who have been injured with chiropractic care, striving to reproduce the incredible results he experienced.

Dr. Kevin Lopez, DC
Dr Lopez received his undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania in '92 where he majored in Biology. While at Penn he was a 4 year starter for their lacrosse team and earned 3rd team All-Ivy honors.
He then attended National College of Chiropractic from '95-98 in Lombard, Ill. Where he received his second Bachelor degree in Human Biology, as well as his Doctorate in Chiropractic.
Upon graduation from NCC he moved to Florida where he began his chiropractic career and continues to practice chiropractic, much of it involving personal injury. He joined Cor in December of 2021 where he works as a Regional Manager and uses his 25 years of experience in Chiropractic and Personal Injury cases.

Dr. Andrew George, DC
Dr. Andrew George is originally from Ohio. He attended the University of Cincinnati for his bachelor's degree. He continued his studies at Palmer College of Chiropractic Florida, graduating in 2012 with his Doctor of Chiropractic degree. After briefly working in his own office in Maryland, Dr. George has been living in the Orlando area since 2014.
Dr. George has focused his interest into treating patients involved in motor vehicle collisions and helping them return as close to pre-collision function as possible. He is skilled in the Diversified technique, Activator technique, Drop technique, providing impairment ratings, as well as helping guide patients through the process after a collision.
He takes pride is being a valuable resource to his patients. In his spare time, Dr. George enjoys spending time with his wife, Amanda, and his daughter, Mackenzie. He enjoys playing golf, watching sporting events, playing kickball (which is where he met his wife), playing cornhole, traveling, and trying new foods.

Dr. Thomas Gyorfi, DC
Dr. Gyorfi was born in New York City to two parents of Hungarian origin. After moving to South Florida, Dr. Gyorfi earned his Bachelor's and Master's degree in exercise science. He has experience in strength and conditioning, as well as coaching with collegiate athletes and the Florida Marlins. While progressing through his undergraduate program, he occupied his free time caring for patients with Alzheimer's disease and related disorders at the Louis and Anne Green Memory & Wellness Center in Boca Raton, Florida.

Dr. Gyorfi went on to earn his Doctorate degree in Chiropractic at Life University, the world's largest Chiropractic College in Atlanta, Georgia. Coupling his knowledge of exercise science with that of Chiropractic makes Dr. Gyorfi an exceptional Doctor who is able to deliver thorough care to his patients. Dr. Gyorfi specializes in Injury, Pain Management and Rehabilitation. Dr. Gyorfi enjoys his relaxing time kayaking, exercising and taking good care of his adopted cat Nyuszi.

Dr. Armstrong received her undergraduate degree from the University of Nebraska and went on to get her doctor of chiropractic degree from Parker College. She has had practices in both Texas and Kansas with a focus on corrective/wellness care.

Dr. Armstrong is relatively new to Florida. Having aging parents retire in Tampa was what brought her here. In her spare time she loves hanging out with her family & fur babies, exploring quaint beach towns, and discovering all the different coffee shops.

Dr. Gustavo Marshall, DC
Gustavo Marshall, DC received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Miami in1998 with a major in biology and minors in chemistry and psychology. In 1998, he started his chiropractic education at Sherman College of Chiropractic. He then transferred in 2000 and graduated from the Southern California University of Health Sciences’ Los Angeles College of Chiropractic in 2003. He has 20 years of experience treating patients with a plethora of conditions from those with simple back pain to complex connective tissue disorders with comorbidities that impact healing.
Dr. Marshall has focused his practice on prevention and integrative wellness approaches to healthcare with chiropractic alignments / adjustments, physically rehabilitating injured patients back to preinjury status, enhancing nutritional intake for optimal healing, and co-managing complex health matters with other disciplines to maximize their healing potential. Dr. Marshall has experience co-managing patients with orthopedic surgeons, neurologist, chiropractic physicians, primary care providers, medical doctors, osteopathic physicians, dentists, naturopaths, occupational therapists, physical therapists, acupuncturists, massage therapists, and hypnotherapists. He is an avid reader and learner and loves to continue expanding his experience in working with many other types of healthcare professionals.

Dr. Joshua Appel, MD
Dr. Andrew Joshua Appel is an orthopedic surgeon certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery. He specializes in the treatment of neck, back, and spine injuries and disease. He has performed a variety of surgical procedures including spinal cord reconstructive surgery. Throughout his career, he has treated a myriad of orthopedic defects such as spondylitis, spinal cord tumors, degenerative diseases, orthopedic trauma, and fractures. He also has a special interest in minimally invasive and muscle sparing approaches to orthopedic medicine.

Dr. Appel earned his medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina College of Medicine in 1998. He did his post-graduate training at Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island where he was a Resident in the General Surgery Department and did an Orthopedic Spine Fellowship.

Dr. Appel has been published in several peer journals and abstracts. He has also given a number of lectures and presentations on topics such as spinal fusion, surgical approaches to the foot, and ankylosing spondylitis, and total hip arthroplasty. Dr. Appel served as a teacher's assistant in Microbiology, Anatomy, Physiology, and Molecular Genetics at Georgia State University and served as a team physician for Brown University's Lacrosse Team. Dr. Appel is also an accomplished triathlete.
